Fourth of July

I celebrated July 4th last night with friends in Bellingham. We watched the fireworks from the bay at a yacht. I took pictures of the fireworks show over the bay which I will share with you. It gets dark so late this far north. The fireworks started at 10:30 and it wasn't completely dark (still a glimmer of twilight) until after 11. The sun comes up at the crack of dawn as well!

Enjoyed your fireworks. We got to view the fireworks all the way home last night from Justin and Kerri's. We passed through several towns just at the right time to catch their offerings, then we would move on and watch the shows in the distance until we reached the next town. Some beautiful sites.

Ah my favorite holiday, strangely enough. Not because of what it’s celebrating, but because it’s all about friends, BBQs, and blowing things up! Thanks for the pics, they turned out nice!
